These summer beach outfits are designed in two sizes for standard adults and children.

Using a pair of 1.5mm (UK size 16) needles and scraps of laceweight or 2ply yarn, embroidery yarns, crochet and tatting yarns. The originals were knitted using soft polished crochet yarns. The construction is based on children's seaside wear of the 1940s and '50s and with some help could be completed by a relative beginner knitter.
